Nature of services
You consent to participate in the services provided by Fleurieu Wellness, understanding that these services are holistic in nature. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and are not a substitute for your medical care team.
Our team qualifications
For non-clinical wellness and spa services, our team are not acting as medical practitioners. These services are for relaxation and wellness support only.
For our nurse-led clinical services (such as IV therapy), care is delivered by our registered nurse working within her scope of practice. Even so, these services are not diagnostic, and they don't replace your healthcare provider or specialist.
Any information shared during a service is for educational and wellness support purposes only. Fleurieu Wellness disclaims liability for actions taken or not taken based on this information.
Cancellation & rescheduling policy
Bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you'll receive a credit for the value of your appointment, valid for 30 days. Appointments can also be rescheduled to suit your availability. If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 rescheduling fee may apply, or the full session may be forfeited. Full cancellation policy.
Responsibility for health choices
You understand and accept full responsibility for your own health decisions and outcomes. Please seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner regarding any medical concerns, and before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or medications/supplements.
Communication during sessions
Please communicate openly and honestly with your practitioner. It's your responsibility to let them know about any discomfort, health issues, or changes in condition that may affect your session.
Confidentiality
All personal information and discussions during sessions are kept confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or you provide written consent. Full privacy policy.
Age requirement
Age requirements vary depending on the service booked. Clients must meet the minimum age requirement for the specific service they are attending.
Fleurieu Wellness reserves the right to decline or modify a service where we consider it unsuitable for a guest based on their age or individual needs.
