Traditional saunas heat the air around you, which can feel intense and overwhelming for some. Infrared saunas use light waves to gently warm your body from the inside out—penetrating deep into tissues to support detoxification, pain relief, and relaxation—without the extreme heat. It’s a more comfortable and therapeutic experience.
This depends on your personal wellness goals. For general relaxation and maintenance, once or twice a week is ideal. If you're addressing detoxification, chronic pain, or recovery, 2–4 sessions per week may offer faster results. We’re happy to help you create a plan that supports your body’s unique needs.
