Gentle relief for bloating and constipation. Closed-system colon hydrotherapy with a certified therapist.
Colon hydrotherapy (also known as colonic irrigation or colon cleansing) is a gentle treatment that clears waste and gas from your colon using warm, filtered water. A small tube, about the length of your little finger, is gently guided into the rectum. Warm water flows in through the tube to hydrate the colon walls and soften any waste. The water then flows back out through the same tube, carrying any waste with it.
This is what makes it a closed system. No waste touches your skin or any surrounding surfaces. It's why the whole process stays hygienic and free of odour.

Your session runs through a fully closed system. That means it's hygienic, odour-free, and completely contained. Your privacy and comfort matter to us, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
You're never left alone. Your certified colon hydrotherapist stays with you the whole time. They guide the water flow and offer supportive abdominal massage during your session.
From the moment you arrive, your room is designed to help you relax. Soft lighting, subtle aromatherapy, and a comfortable temperature set the tone. It's a way to calm your nervous system before your session begins.
Your first session can feel like a big step. Here's exactly what happens, from the moment you step into our clinic until you leave.
A member of our team welcomes you and guides you into a private treatment room. This space is designed to help your body settle before your session even starts.
You'll be given some privacy to use the bathroom and get ready. Before the therapist comes in, you'll remove your pants and underwear, then lie on the table with a towel covering your lower half. Your top stays on for the whole session.
When your therapist arrives, they'll guide you to roll onto your side in the recovery position. Your therapist gently guides the small tube into your rectum. Only your anus and a small part of your bottom are visible. Everything else stays covered. Once the tube is in, you'll gently roll onto your back and get comfortable.
Your therapist will stay with you the whole time and control the water flow. Warm water will flow through the tube into your colon. Then the water will flow back out through the same tube along with any waste. This helps keep the session clean and minimise odours.
Your therapist may also offer gentle belly massage, aromatherapy oils, or acupressure as part of your session. This can help you relax and release any waste.
At the end of the session, you'll roll onto your side while your therapist gently removes the tube. Afterwards, you'll spend five minutes on the toilet, giving your body time to release any remaining water or waste. From there, you can get dressed, and a member of our team will see you out so you can enjoy the rest of your day.
Your digestive system plays an important role in your health. It can influence your nutrient absorption, your immune system, your energy levels and even your mental health. When your digestive system becomes sluggish, waste can build up, and it can affect all these factors. Gently clearing the colon can help your body function more efficiently.
Colon hydrotherapy doesn't replace your liver or kidneys, which are responsible for clearing waste. However, it can help to clear occasional waste buildup. From there, nutrition and lifestyle changes can support your digestive system to function smoothly.

Your first session will begin with a gut health assessment. This gives you the opportunity to meet your therapist. It also helps us understand your gut health history and your goals. Your therapist will take a small blood sample via a finger prick for dry blood analysis. This can show the levels of toxicity and inflammation affecting your digestive system.
Before your treatment begins, your therapist will talk you through the whole process. When the treatment starts, they will make sure you're comfortable at every step. Your therapist will stay with you for the whole treatment to guide the water flow. They may also offer gentle belly massage and aromatherapy.
Most people can return to normal activities straight after. Some prefer to take it easy for the rest of the day, especially after their first session. However, needing to stay near a toilet after your session is rare.
Your comfort and safety are our biggest priority. We use a closed colonic system, which is gentle and TGA-approved. The closed system maintains hygiene during treatment, and all speculums are single-use. A certified colon hydrotherapist runs every session.
Most people can safely and comfortably receive colonics. However, your therapist will ask about your health history to check that the treatment is right for you. It may not be suitable for those with certain medical conditions such as severe haemorrhoids, Crohn’s disease, diverticulitis, or recent abdominal surgery. If you have any health concerns, we encourage you to consult with your Health Practitioner before booking a session.
If you have a pre-existing bowel condition, are pregnant, or have recently had bowel surgery, please call us before you book.
Perforation is a very rare complication. We have never had an incident involving perforation. As a nurse-led clinic, we would not offer this treatment if perforation were a risk for our clients. Our therapists will always discuss your suitability and any alternatives before your first session.
Wear something comfortable that's easy to change out of. A top and bottoms are usually an easy option. You will remove your pants and underwear for the session. We will provide a modesty towel to keep you covered.
We recommend staying well-hydrated in the days leading up to your session. Avoid large meals at least 2 hours before your session. Wear comfortable clothing. We will send you a detailed email along with your intake form before your first session.
This depends on what you're hoping to get from it. Some people come for a single session, others prefer a short series. Your therapist can talk through what makes sense for you at your first visit.
No referral needed. Please talk to your healthcare provider before booking if you have any existing medical conditions. We will review your health history at your first appointment to ensure the treatment is suitable for you.
