Get hands-on with your health!
A bold, independent, nurse-led workshop that’s changing the way we do breast health through education, empowerment, and a whole lot of cheeky real talk.
Let’s be honest…
When was the last time you really checked your boobs?
Not a quick wash in the shower. Not a tuck into your bra.
A real, intentional check-in with your body?
If you’re not sure, you’re not alone.
Most people have never been shown how to check their breasts properly, let alone confidently.
And yet we’re told that early detection is key.
It’s time to stop outsourcing your health and start owning it, one pair of boobs at a time.
The Boob Project is a bold, independent, nurse-led workshop created to teach you how to actually check your breasts and understand your body like never before.
We believe real prevention starts with knowledge, confidence, and practice. You can't learn this from a flyer. You need to get your hands on your boobs and feel! That's why this isn’t a lecture, it’s a practical, hands-on learning experience that’s real, relaxed, and a little bit cheeky.
You’ll learn:
“It’s a lifeline to know this info!” — Lucy, workshop participant
You’ll leave with the confidence, tools, and knowledge to truly take your power and your health into your own hands, literally.
Don’t wait for someone else to take care of your health.

Yep, you read that right... 1 in 7 women will get breast cancer and it's a statistic that's growing.
Early detection saves lives, but only when people know how to check confidently.
The truth is: most of us were never taught.
So we’re changing that.
This is about self-awareness, self-trust, and self-respect, because your body deserves your attention.
This workshop is for anyone with breasts and anyone who loves someone who has them.
Perfect for:
Whether you’re curious, cautious, or completely new to this, you’ll fit right in.
Yep! Men have breast tissue too, and they can get breast cancer. But beyond that, men play a powerful role in supporting the women in their lives to stay aware and proactive.
That's why men are invited and very much encouraged to participate in The Boob Project. Our sessions are open, inclusive, and relaxed, full of respect, laughter, and learning.
“It's a serious subject and as a male, I'm now feeling more confident I know how to check my wife's breasts.” — Aaron, workshop participant
Breast health isn’t a woman’s issue. It’s a human one.
This isn’t your average health talk.
It’s a safe, fun, and hands-on education session designed to leave you empowered, not anxious.
