We’re so excited for you to experience the many benefits our plunge pools. To make the most of your session, here are a few tips to prepare:

  • Hydration: It’s important to hydrate before your session, as you’ll lose fluids through sweat (which helps release toxins, including heavy metals). Fresh, distilled water will be available, but we also encourage you to drink plenty of water before and after your session. 
  • What to wear: We kindly ask that you wear bathers/swimwear for comfort and privacy. 
  • Remember, this is your moment of self-care: We encourage you to take this opportunity to disconnect from the outside world—leave emails, social media, and work behind for now. Allow yourself to fully unwind, rest your eyes, and clear your mind.


Contrast therapy involves alternating between hot and cold water immersion. This process stimulates circulation, boosts recovery, and helps regulate the nervous system, promoting both physical and emotional balance.


Most people spend 5–10 minutes in the hot pool and 1–3 minutes in the cold. You can repeat the cycle 2–3 times depending on your comfort level. Listen to your body. It will guide you.


Most people can safely enjoy contrast therapy, but if you have heart conditions, very low blood pressure, or are pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
