Contrast therapy involves alternating between hot and cold water immersion. This process stimulates circulation, boosts recovery, and helps regulate the nervous system, promoting both physical and emotional balance.
Most people spend 5–10 minutes in the hot pool and 1–3 minutes in the cold. You can repeat the cycle 2–3 times depending on your comfort level. Listen to your body. It will guide you.
Most people can safely enjoy contrast therapy, but if you have heart conditions, very low blood pressure, or are pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
