Fleurieu Wellness Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

At Fleurieu Wellness, we value your time, our practitioners' time, and the energy it takes to hold space for every client who walks through our doors. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask you to honour the following policy when booking appointments.

All cancellations are non-refundable. When you book a session, that time is set aside just for you. As a small practice, we cannot offer refunds for cancelled appointments.

If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, we'll credit you the full value of your appointment. This credit must be used within 30 days. You can book your new appointment for any date up to 4 months ahead, as long as you book it within that 30-day window. Credits cannot be extended past 30 days.

If you're genuinely unwell or facing an emergency, please let us know. We'll always try to apply flexibility around the 24-hour notice period in these situations.

We understand that life happens, and we always prefer you reschedule rather than cancel. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice to do so without penalty.

If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a $50 rescheduling fee may apply.

Missed appointments with no prior contact will result in the full session being forfeited. No-shows are not eligible for a credit or a refund.

Sessions will always end at their scheduled time, even in the case of late arrivals. This allows us to respect the time of all our clients and practitioners. The full session fee applies regardless of arrival time.

Occasionally, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (for example, practitioner illness or an unforeseen closure). If this happens, you'll receive priority rebooking for the next available appointment, or a full credit to use within the next 4 months.
