This experience is designed to hold you. Each therapy flows naturally into the next, guiding you from deep stillness through gentle warmth into full rejuvenation.

In these 2.5 hours, you'll move through 5 therapies across 3 unique experiences.

1. The frequency room

Begin with a deep sense of stillness. Lie back, close your eyes, and let yourself settle in. This part of your journey combines two therapies (PEMF and Brainwave Entrainment) delivered together.

2. The infrared sauna

Move into warmth. Unlike a traditional sauna, ours uses gentle infrared waves to warm you directly, rather than heating the air around you. Many people find it a deeply comforting, grounding part of the journey.

3. The plunge pools

Complete your journey with some gentle contrast therapy. You'll move through deliberate shifts from the sauna's warmth to the invigorating cold plunge, then back to the warmth of the magnesium soak.

The group wellness experience

Whether it's a birthday, hens celebration, workplace wellbeing day, or a long-overdue catch-up, gather your group and give yourselves the gift of restoration. Groups are split into pairs and rotate through our therapies, with the same nurturing touches as our signature wellness spa experience.

3–4 guests (2.5 hours)
In pairs, rotate through the frequency room and infrared sauna, then finish as a group in the cold plunge and hot magnesium soak.

5–6 guests (3 hours)
In pairs, rotate through the frequency room, infrared sauna and plunge pools (our cold plunge and hot magnesium soak).

7+ guests
Send us a request detailing your event, how many in your group and your ideal date. We'll create a bespoke spa experience tailored to your numbers. Contact us to design a session plan that works for your group and intentions.

How to book

Groups of 3–6 can book online. Groups of 7+ can submit an expression of interest online, and we'll be in touch.

A quiet ritual of stillness

You lie on a mat that produces very gentle, low-frequency electromagnetic pulses. It's similar to how a heat pack uses warmth, just a different kind of gentle energy. The frequency and intensity are adjustable, so your session can be set up exactly how you like it.

2. Brainwave Entrainment

A little less thinking, a little more stillness

Brainwave Entrainment (also known as Audio-Visual Entrainment) combines gentle light patterns and sound frequencies to create an immersive relaxation experience. Settle into a comfortable bed, put on the specialised headphones and light-therapy glasses, and let the outside world fade into the background.

Our therapeutic-grade infrared sauna creates a deeply relaxing experience. Near, mid and far infrared gently warm the body while chromatherapy lighting sets the mood. Tailor the temperature and mood lighting to your preferences. This is a space for rest and uninterrupted self-care.

Is this suitable for me?

This package isn't recommended if you have epilepsy or a history of seizures, a pacemaker or other implanted electrical medical device, are pregnant, or have had surgery in the last 12 weeks. If any of these apply to you, please enquire with our team. We may be able to offer suitable alternatives.

If you have a health condition or are unsure, please check with your healthcare provider before booking.

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all guests, our spa is primarily an adults-only space. Solo guests must be 18+ years. Guests aged 15 - 17 years may attend with a parent or legal guardian.

Is this package available after the long weekend?

Yes! Our Spa Experience package is available as an ongoing offer. So you can enjoy it beyond the long weekend. Special price promotions may have their own expiry period which can be found in the T&Cs.

Are the plunge pools accessible?

Our plunge pools are above-ground, which may not suit guests with mobility issues. Get in touch before booking if you have any questions about accessibility.

What do I wear and do I need to bring anything?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing for the first session. Then you'll need a change of bathers to wear in the sauna and plunge pools. We also recommend bringing a drink bottle (preferably not plastic).

Everything else we'll take care of. Towels are provided and clean drinking water is available.

Can I book for more than one person?

Absolutely, you can! You can book for 2 people. We also have group booking options for 3-6 people. These can be booked online.

Are gift cards available?

Yes, they sure are! Gift cards can be purchased online, and physical vouchers are available in the clinic.

Is this a medical treatment?

No. This is a spa-based experience for rest and recovery, not a medical treatment or a substitute for advice from your doctor.

T&Cs: This package is not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, a history of seizures, pacemakers or implanted electrical medical devices, during pregnancy or within 12 weeks post-surgery. If you have a health condition or are unsure of suitability, please consult your healthcare provider before booking. Solo guests must be 18+ years. Guests aged 15+ may be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable. Late rescheduling may incur a fee, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time, as your booking cannot run past its scheduled end time.

^2-person discount 01/08/2026 and ends 30/11/2026. All sessions must be booked and used by 30/11/2026. 2-person discount requires both guests to attend the same session. Reduced rates are not available for solo attendance. Standard pricing of $149pp applies at all other times. Excludes group bookings of 3+. Not valid with any other offer. Fleurieu Wellness reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
