Not at all! Our classes are open to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. Each session is guided with modifications, allowing you to practice at your own pace.
We recommend wearing light, loose-fitting clothing made from natural fibres for comfort and ease of movement. Kundalini yogis traditionally wear white to strengthen the electromagnetic field (aura), but you’re welcome to wear whatever feels right for you.
Bring a water bottle and a light blanket for relaxation. Yoga mats are available, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.
