Kundalini Yoga and Supper with Sutchain
his deeply transformative practice weaves together rhythmic movement, dynamic breathwork, meditation, and mantra to awaken your inner energy and restore balance. Yin/Yang with Jem
This beautifully balanced class begins with energising, flowing movement to awaken the body and build inner heat, then gently transitions into the stillness of yin for deep release and restoration. You’ll experience strength, space, and surrender—moving from dynamic effort into grounding stillness. A nourishing practice to calm the nervous system, reset your energy, and bring harmony to body and mind. A perfect blend of effort and surrender.
Breath Work with Jem
In this nurturing class, we'll blend multiple breathing techniques such as pranayama and breathwork. You’ll be guided through breath patterns that support your nervous system and harness your energy/prana. It’s a powerful yet accessible practice to deepen your connection with self and invite a sense of calm, presence, and ease. A beautiful stand-alone session—or a complement to your Yin/Yang Yoga practice to fully integrate body, mind, and breath.
Yin Yoga with Jem
A slow-paced, deeply restorative class designed to help you slow down and release tension. Each pose is gently held for 2–5 minutes, using props to cradle and support you as your muscles, fascia, and joints soften and release. Guided by Jem’s soothing presence, you’ll be encouraged to settle into comfort, connect inward, and allow yourself to be nurtured. An ideal class to rest, restore, and recharge—especially if you’re feeling depleted, stressed, or simply need a pause.
Morning Flow Yoga with Jem
This flexible, energising morning class invites you to move at your own pace. Kundalini Yoga is unlike any other style. It blends breathwork, meditation, chanting, and repetitive movement to awaken the body’s innate healing energy. Rooted in ancient Indian tradition, "Kundalini" refers to the coiled energy at the base of the spine. When gently activated through practice, this energy rises through the chakras, bringing clarity, vitality, and a renewed sense of purpose.
A central element of the practice is the kriya—a specific sequence of postures, breath patterns (pranayama), hand gestures (mudras), and mantras, each designed to create a distinct shift in the body or mind. Not at all! Our classes are open to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. Each session is guided with modifications, allowing you to practice at your own pace.
We recommend wearing light, loose-fitting clothing made from natural fibres for comfort and ease of movement. Kundalini yogis traditionally wear white to strengthen the electromagnetic field (aura), but you’re welcome to wear whatever feels right for you.
Bring a water bottle for hydration. Yoga mats and blankets are available, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.
