Wellness Packages for Body, Mind & Detox

That’s why we’ve created flexible package options that honour your whole self, supporting your yoga practice and your access to detox therapies like our Infrared Sauna, PEMF Therapy, and Brain Entrainment.

10 Session Pass — $220

Valid for 12 weeks from your first booking. Use your sessions across our full range of yoga classes and detox therapies. Great if you like to mix it up or need flexibility in your schedule.

Weekly Subscription — $55/week

Our most supportive option. Commit to your wellbeing with a minimum 12-week subscription that includes unlimited access to yoga and detox services each week. Ideal for those seeking rhythm, routine, and transformation.

Jem is a devoted and intuitive teacher with over a decade of experience. Her classes are grounded, heartfelt, and inclusive—blending mindful movement, breath awareness, and playful curiosity. Greta is a passionate teacher with 10 years of experience in vinyasa and yin modalities. Her classes are physically balancing and emotionally calming – blending breath, mindful movement, and intuitive freedom. She draws on her experience in clinical exercise physiology and health coaching to create a fun, soulful, and thoroughly holistic yoga class for your body, mind, and spirit.

Not at all! Our classes are open to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. Each session is guided with modifications, allowing you to practice at your own pace.


We recommend wearing light, loose-fitting clothing made from natural fibres for comfort and ease of movement. Kundalini yogis traditionally wear white to strengthen the electromagnetic field (aura), but you’re welcome to wear whatever feels right for you.


Bring a water bottle for hydration. Yoga mats and blankets are available, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.


We specialise in Kundalini Yoga—practices designed to release stress, clear energetic blocks, and support deep healing through breathwork, meditation, movement, and mantra. But we offer a range of yoga modalities.


Kundalini Yoga is a deeply transformative practice that combines movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation to activate and direct energy flow. Unlike other styles that focus primarily on physical postures, Kundalini works on a deeper level to release emotional blocks, strengthen the nervous system, and elevate consciousness.
