  • Choose comfortable, loose-fitting clothing: You’ll remain fully clothed during the session, so wear something that allows you to relax.
  • Avoid clothing with large metal components: Metals can interfere with the electromagnetic fields, so it’s best to skip anything with large zippers, metal buttons, or heavy jewellery.
  • Remember, this is your moment of self-care: This time is all about you. Allow yourself to fully unwind, rest your eyes, and clear your mind. We encourage you to take this opportunity to disconnect from the outside world—leave emails, social media, and work behind for now.


Most people find PEMF sessions deeply relaxing. As you rest on the therapeutic mat, you may feel a gentle pulsing, tingling, or warmth—while others feel nothing at all physically but notice a shift in energy, pain levels, or mental clarity afterward. Many clients report feeling calmer, lighter, or more refreshed after just one session.


PEMF Therapy is safe and non-invasive for most people, but there are a few situations where it may not be recommended.


PEMF is NOT suitable in the following cases:

  • Pregnancy – While there is no clear evidence of harm, PEMF has not been extensively studied in pregnancy, so we recommend avoiding it as a precaution.
  • Pacemakers or implanted electronic devices – The electromagnetic pulses can interfere with medical devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, or insulin pumps.
    Epilepsy or seizure disorders – Some forms of PEMF may increase neurological stimulation, so caution is advised, particularly without close supervision.
  • Active bleeding or haemorrhagic conditions – PEMF may increase circulation, which could exacerbate bleeding disorders.
  • Recent organ transplants – As PEMF may stimulate immune function, it’s not recommended for individuals on immunosuppressive therapy post-transplant.
  • Severe cardiac conditions – People with unstable heart conditions should consult with their healthcare provider before using PEMF.


If you have any medical conditions or concerns, we recommend speaking with your doctor or healthcare provider before beginning PEMF Therapy. Our team is also happy to answer questions and help you explore safe, supportive alternatives within our holistic wellness offerings.


Some people feel a difference after just one session, while others may need a few sessions to notice sustained improvements—especially if working through chronic conditions. For best results, we often recommend an initial series of 4–6 sessions, with ongoing support as needed based on your wellness goals.
